At Home, We Don’t Wear Capes!

Australian siblings Luke, Chris and Liam Hemsworth are all actors. Chris will forever be remembered as the almighty Thor, Liam is the powerful Gale Hawthorne from The Hunger Games, and Luke starred in Neighbours, a long-running Australian TV series.

Chris snapped up the role as Thor by beating out his young brother Liam. It seems as if fate played into Liam’s hands though, because shortly thereafter he was cast as Gale in The Hunger Games.

Growing up, the brothers were quite a handful, fighting a lot as brothers often do. Today, Chris and Liam have hilarious feuds on social media, whether it be about the other appearing on magazine covers (and adding their own touches) or competitive surfing while still trying to look good.

While Luke admits that the siblings have a “healthy rivalry with everything that we do,” the brothers also celebrate each other’s achievements by attending the premieres of their new movies.

Although they aren’t kids anymore, they still mess around with one another. But when the lights stop rolling and the cameras are off, the famous trio are, first and foremost, brothers.
