Fitness queen Jennifer Lopez drinks plenty of water, both before and after a workout. Lopez also ensures her diet consists of healthy foods: “I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals,” she says.

Demi Lovato loves mixed martial arts (MMA). To ensure she really focuses on her training, she tries to unplug completely – no music while working out. Although she trains hard, Lovato also makes sure she gets a day off to rest.
