5 Power Foods to Eat When You are Cramming for Exams

Yes, it’s that time of the year, and the pressure to pass exams becomes intense. We all dread exam periods, and sometimes because of stress, we don’t show our full potential and we lose concentration easily. But don’t worry! With these foods, you are sure to boost your concentration and get high scores in your exams (if you have been studying as well of course).

During your test, make sure to have a nice big pile of blueberries with you, it improves short term memory, making sure that all those lessons you revised overnight will stick to your brain long enough for you to remember during the exam.

Make sure you go nuts for nuts during your exam! They are packed with energy and will give you the boost of energy you need to focus.

Water, and loads of it! You don’t want to be dehydrated in the middle of an exam.

Don’t go near sugary foods during an exam, because just as they can give you a sugar rush, they can give you a sugar CRASH! (Devil in disguise, huh?)

Good luck on your exams and don’t forget to get at least 6 hours of sleep before having to wake up for the big day. We wouldn’t want you falling asleep in the middle of the exam, would we?
